Valley Unitarian Universalist Church follows a policy governance model: the Board of Trustees (elected by the congregation) establishes policy. The Executive Minister is responsible for applying that policy to accomplish the church mission. Church staff, including both professional employees and volunteer staff, report to the Executive Minister. The operation of the church is divided into four ministries: the Worship Ministry, Member Ministry, Social Action Ministry, and Resource Ministry.
