I am starting my 16th year as a member of the VUU congregation and honored to be part of the VUU Board as I enter my fourth term. I am serving as the Board President as well as serving on the Capital Campaign Committee as the Board liaison, and as the Chair for the Policy Committee. You will still find me assisting in an RE class as well as working on a variety of VUU fundraisers and events.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts with an interest in Drama/Speech Communications and Ancient Art History. Besides working as a graphic designer and content manager for a bath and kitchen sink/faucet/drain importer I also work as a substitute TA at Horizons Honor. When I am not sitting in front of a computer or standing in front of a classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family hiking, scuba diving, skiing and camping.
As a VUU’er, it is important to me to be actively involved and to lend a voice to the ongoing needs of our congregation, staff and community. Therefore I am grateful for the opportunity I have been given to serve.
