As Unitarian Universalists, we are called to justice. Acting on our faith, we are guided by the 7th Principle to affirm and promote Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part. This principle is the foundation of Valley Unitarian Universalist’s justice programs, the purpose of which is to make a positive difference in our wider communities. We advocate, organize, and act for justice to live out the values of our faith.
There are a number of ways we take action to build a better world. We keep informed about legislators’ positions and legislation on relevant issues; actively participate in Getting-Out-the-Vote; educate ourselves and act on local and national environmental issues; and serve those in need in our community.
